How to order

This e-shop is intended exclusively for customers from the European Union. Customers from the USA can order Autopathy products via Amazon or at www.autopathy.com/e-shop. Customers from other countries can use www.autopathy.com/e-shop.

Prices in the e-shop are shown without VAT. According to EU law, we are required to remit VAT in the customer’s country, and therefore we charge VAT at the rate applicable in that country. VAT is calculated and displayed after you enter your delivery country.

We use the following payment methods:

• SEPA bank transfer (preferred). A bank transfer within the EU is very simple. You can easily pay in euros from any EU bank account. Choosing this payment method gives you a 1% discount on the goods. 

• PayPal (you can also pay by credit/debit card)

We ship your orders via PPL (DHL) delivery service.

• Orders are typically dispatched the next business day after the order is placed.

• Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.

• Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
