1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") of Alternativa s.r.o., with registered office at Kosikarska 667, 156 00 Prague, CZ European union, company ID: 45244901, VAT n. 45244901 registered in the Commercial Register kept by the District Court for Prague 1, Section C, Insert 7685 ("Seller"), regulate the mutual rights and obligations of the parties arising in connection with or on the basis of a purchase contract concluded between the Seller and another individual ("Buyer") through the Seller's online shop.

1.2. The online shop is operated by the Seller at the web address https://autopathy.eu via the website interface ("Web Interface").

1.3. These Terms do not apply to cases where the person intending to purchase goods from the Seller acts in the course of their business activities or independent professional activities.

1.4. Provisions deviating from the Terms can be agreed upon in a purchase contract. Such provisions shall take precedence over the Terms.

1.5. These Terms constitute an integral part of the purchase contract.

1.6. The Seller may modify or amend the Terms at any time. Rights and obligations arising during the validity of previous versions of the Terms are not affected by this provision.

2. User Account

2.1. Buyers can access their user accounts based on registration made on the Seller's website. Buyers may also order goods directly without registration through the Web Interface.

2.2. When registering on the website and ordering goods, the Buyer must provide accurate and truthful information. Buyers are required to update their user account details if they change. Information provided by the Buyer is considered correct by the Seller.

2.3. Access to the user account is secured by a username and password. The Buyer must maintain confidentiality regarding access details.

2.4. The Buyer is not permitted to allow third parties to use their user account.

2.5. The Seller may cancel a user account, particularly if the Buyer has not used their account for more than one year or breaches obligations from the purchase contract (including these Terms).

2.6. The Buyer acknowledges that the user account may not be continuously available, especially due to necessary maintenance of hardware and software equipment.

3. Concluding a Purchase Contract

3.1. All goods presentations on the Web Interface are informative, and the Seller is not obliged to enter into a purchase contract for these goods.

3.2. The Web Interface includes information about goods, including their prices. Prices include VAT and all related charges. Prices are valid as long as displayed on the Web Interface.

3.3. Information on packaging and shipping costs listed on the Web Interface applies only to deliveries within the European Union.

3.4. To order goods, the Buyer fills out an order form on the Web Interface. The order form includes details about the ordered goods, the payment method, and delivery method.

3.5. Before submitting the order, the Buyer can check and modify their order details. The order is submitted by clicking the "Submit Order" button. Data provided in the order are deemed correct by the Seller.

3.6. Submitting the order constitutes a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract. The order must contain all mandatory details, and the Buyer must agree to these Terms.

3.7. Upon receipt of the order, the Seller will confirm it by email sent to the Buyer's email address provided in the order.

3.8. The Seller is entitled to request additional confirmation depending on the order's character (quantity, price, shipping costs).

4. Delivery and Shipping

4.1. Goods are dispatched typically on the next business day after payment is received.

4.2. Delivery is carried out exclusively via the PPL courier service.

4.3. Delivery time within EU countries typically ranges from 2 to 5 business days.

4.4. The Buyer receives a tracking number to monitor the shipment.

5. Withdrawal from the Contract

5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of goods without giving any reason.

5.2. Withdrawal must be sent to the Seller within the stated period via email or in writing.

5.3. Goods must be returned undamaged and complete within 14 days of withdrawal. Costs of returning the goods are borne by the Buyer.

5.4. The Seller refunds the payment received from the Buyer within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. Relations not regulated by these Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the European Union.

6.2. These Terms become effective on the day of their publication on the Seller’s website.
